✧ Moon Circle Facilitator Training for the Cosmic Witch ✧
COSMOLOGY
Menstruality
Blood magick in its most embodied form. We teach menstrual wisdom as a gateway to cyclical living—honoring the seasons within the body, the witch archetypes they awaken, and the power of reclaiming your period as a source of insight, sovereignty, and self-trust.
Magick
A language of discernment. Through divination, astrology, Human Design, and geolocational astrocartography, we explore the energetic patterns that shape both self and circle—so your magick is not performative, but precise, grounded, and responsibly held.
Moon Circles
An ancient technology of remembrance. Guided by Mother Earth, Grandmother Moon, and the elemental forces, moon circles offer a space to gather, regulate, and reconnect—restoring the communal rhythm that allows feminine wisdom to be embodied, shared, and sustained.
COURSE OVERVIEW
GUIDEBOOKS
When a leader knows her own rhythms, the circle can trust the container. This tracker helps you recognize how your energy, emotions, and capacity for holding others shift throughout the month. This awareness allows you to host circles with greater integrity—choosing timing, tone, and structure that honors both your body and the people you’re guiding.
Blood Magick Tracker
A living, evolving guidebook created by you. Throughout the Coven Keepers Training, your coursework will guide you in building a personalized Witch’s Grimoire—one that holds your insights, practices, rituals, and wisdom as they unfold. This is not a static workbook, but a legacy text designed to grow with you over a witch’s lifetime, returning you again and again to your own magick.
The Living Grimoire
A yearly, astrological calendar designed to help you read the energetic tides of circle hosting. Using lunar phases, planetary transits, and seasonal themes, the Witchy Weather Report supports you in choosing when to gather, what to tend, and how to shape your circles throughout Moon Circle Season so you can establish your containers with clarity, confidence, and attunement to the moment.

A limited time offer in 2026
This offering is priced intentionally for this inaugural year only. The first Coven Keepers are not simply enrolling in a training—they are helping to birth a lineage. As founding members, these women will shape the roots, standards, and future of the Coven Keepers path.
Because of this, the investment for future cohorts will increase significantly. Those who step forward now are the first of their kind—the first into the coven, the ones who walk ahead and pave the way for those who will follow.
This is an invitation for women who recognize the value of being early, of building something meaningful from the ground up, and of claiming their place in a living legacy.

FAQ
-
What makes this cohort different from future Coven Keepers?
This first cohort is foundational. These women are not just students—they are the ones who establish the lineage. As founding Coven Keepers, you are helping set the tone, standards, and energetic roots of this work. Future cohorts will build upon what you help create, and the investment will reflect that growth.
Will I have access to future updates or expansions of the training?
Yes. Founding Coven Keepers will receive lifetime access to all future updates and evolutions of the Coven Keepers curriculum. As this body of work grows, refines, and expands, you grow with it.
You will also be welcome to attend future training rounds in coming years as a returning Coven Keeper, should you feel called to revisit or deepen your practice.
Will I receive a certification?
Yes. Upon completion of the Coven Keepers Training, you will receive an official Coven Keeper certification, recognizing your completion of the program and your preparedness to hold moon circles in an ethical, grounded, and embodied leadership capacity.
Do I have to run my circles under your brand?
No. Your moon circles are entirely your own.
You are not a subsidiary of The Coven or required to operate under our branding. You are paying for the training, not entering into an ongoing obligation or hierarchy. You are free to name, price, structure, and host your circles in a way that aligns with your values and community.
What is the Coven Keeper Registry?
Graduates of the training will have the option to be listed in the Coven Keeper Registry—a directory where women seeking moon circles can be referred directly to trained Coven Keepers in their area.
Participation in the registry is optional. If you choose to be included, you may submit your details and offerings to be shared publicly. This is a visibility and referral resource—not a requirement.
Am I required to stay involved after the training ends?
No. Once you complete the training, your participation is complete unless you choose otherwise.
There are no ongoing fees, obligations, or required involvement. Any future engagement—directory listings, continued learning, or community participation—is entirely opt-in.

The Coven Keepers Training is a leadership initiation for women who feel called to hold intentional, ethical, and grounded moon circles within their communities.
This is not a casual certification or a surface-level spiritual course. It is a comprehensive training that weaves together ancient circle wisdom, cyclical body literacy, astrology and energetic awareness, shadow work, and modern group facilitation skills.
At its core, Coven Keepers is about self-leadership first. You will be guided to deepen your relationship with your own inner world—your body, your patterns, your shadows—so that when you hold space for others, you do so with integrity, discernment, and presence.
Graduates of the training are prepared to host moon circles that are embodied, contained, and transformative—rooted not in performance or hierarchy, but in responsibility, relational awareness, and reverence for the circle itself.
If you feel called to lead—not above others, but with them—this training is an invitation to step into that role with clarity and confidence.

Moon Circle Season is a shared ceremonial window that begins at the Summer Solstice and traditionally closes at Samhain. During this time, Coven Keepers are invited to host moon circles as often as they feel called—typically aligned with the lunar phases and astrology—to support women in reconnecting with their cyclical, feminine bodies and inner rhythms.
While participation in Moon Circle Season is encouraged, it is not restrictive. You may choose to host circles year-round if that feels aligned for you. The power of the season lies in collective resonance: knowing your coven sisters across the land are gathering alongside you, amplifying the energetic field of the work.
Many Coven Keepers choose to close the season with a Samhain ceremony or gathering, marking both an ending and a return—but how you honor the season is always your choice.

Because transformation doesn’t begin at the top—it begins in circles.
The Coven Keepers Training exists to strengthen feminine leadership at the root. As women deconstruct internalized patriarchal norms—hierarchy, self-abandonment, silence, and separation—we reclaim our capacity to lead from embodiment, discernment, and relational power.
This work starts within the individual. But it does not end there.
When a woman strengthens her own inner authority, she becomes capable of holding others through the same remembering. As Coven Keepers rise in their respective communities, women begin gathering—locally, relationally, and intentionally. Each circle becomes a site of regulation, reflection, and reclamation.
Over time, these circles create something larger than any one coven. The energetic resonance of women gathering with integrity begins to ripple outward—connecting across regions, cultures, and landscapes. Not through force or ideology, but through coherence. A shared hum. A quiet, powerful vibration of feminine leadership returning to the world.
Coven Keepers exists because lasting change is not imposed.
It is cultivated—one woman, one circle, one coven at a time.

This training hosts three formats:
1. Digital CourseworkApproximately 3 months of “go at your own pace” digital content, accessible via this website once accepted into the program. Each movement will become available for your online learning every 2 weeks as pre-recorded content separated by chapters.
2.Zoom Meetings
Held Sundays at 1PM PST for all Coven Keeper Trainees. These will consist of Moon Circle Ceremonies and/or various Chart Reading Sessions. Please have your camera on and come fully prepared to participate with your Coven sisters.
3.Coven Partner Calls
Each trainee will be assigned a Coven partner with whom you will share bi-weekly calls. You and your partner may decide when & how to best schedule together. The intention behind these calls is to help you create Coven relationships that help you integrate your learnings during the training. These calls have the potential to create lasting Coven Sisterhood as you graduate this program & begin the journey of hosting circles.

The Course Guidebooks are living, magickal companions that will walk with you through your heroine’s journey in the Coven Keepers Training—and beyond.
All guidebooks are provided digitally. You’re welcome to print them for personal use if you prefer physical copies. The digital coursework includes dedicated sections that show you how to work with each guide intentionally and effectively.
These are not one-time workbooks. They are designed to support you over a lifetime—helping you deepen your understanding of your body, your magick, and your energetic rhythms as you move through seasons, cycles, and leadership roles.
Whenever you feel uncertain in your circle-holding journey, return to these guides. They are crafted to bring you back to your greatest source of power: your selfhood.

Yes. All who wish to be considered for the Coven Keeper Training are required to complete an application.
We use the application process with care and intention. Stepping into the role of Coven Keeper—holding moon circles and guiding others in a leadership capacity—is not something we take lightly. The application helps us ensure that this training is the right fit, both for you and for the integrity of the container we’re creating.
There is no required level of prior experience. What is required is a willingness to look inward, engage in your own shadow work, and approach this calling with sincerity and responsibility.
We are seeking women who feel called to lead within their own communities—because when we rise in self-leadership, the circle rises with us.
